Where possible, can you please give me 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
I understand that due to circumstances you may need to cancel, but late notice (or no notice) often means that I cannot fill the space at a time where there are other clients waiting to book.
I do not charge cancellation fees and have no intention of doing so, but I am very reliant on you notifying me so that I can try to fill the vacated spot.
